NATIONAL POSTCARD CAMPAIGN
Since the beginning of the postcard campaign,
over 32,000 people have sent postcards to Prime Minister Harper
The postcard campaign provides a way for individuals, groups and organizations across the country to send a strong message to the Canadian government. By collecting signatures, you are supporting three important goals.
1. You are showing the Canadian government how many people care about this issue.
2. You are helping to raise awareness in your community about the terrible situation in Darfur and the need for more action for peace in all of Sudan.
3. You are not only collecting signatures on postcards, but you are also giving people the option of subscribing to email updates from The Darfur/Sudan Peace Network. This means that we are building a coast-to-coast network of Canadians to support action in Darfur/Sudan.

The postcard campaign has been a great success so far, and we are still looking for organizations, groups and individuals to get involved. The success of this campaign depends on the participation of people of all ages, regions, and walks of life.
